These access points are fully functional and in excellent working condition. There is minimal wear on the body from normal use, as shown in pictures. It does not affect the functional integrity of the access points whatsoever. Only the items pictured are included in the listing unless stated otherwise.

Seller affirms that by purchasing, the buyer has done the proper research and possess the necessary skills/expertise to correctly install and operate the item. Battery Listing Specifics

If this listing contains or includes a removeable and/or non-removeable battery, please read this disclaimer to understand our policy on used/pre-owned/refurbished/internal batteries. We do not guarantee the full life of a battery for any of our items. We do guarantee the item will hold a charge and for our laptops/tablets battery health status will be tested and sent if evaluated at moderate or above. Returns initiated for batteries will not be issued, please be aware of this prior to purchase.

Shipping Specifics

We ship items within 24 hours of payment, 48 hours for electronic items (M-F only) and use UPS and USPS. UPS Ground is our preferred and default shipping method which delivers in 1-5 business days. Expedited shipping is available on most packages however the buyer is required to pay the difference for requested service and cut off for expedited shipping services and carrier preferences are 1PM EST day of. Please check to make sure you have a valid address for delivery, we do not ship packages to P.O. Boxes. As well, please make sure your eBay set default shipping address corresponds to the address you want the package delivered. We ship only within the Continental U.S. and use eBay's Global Shipping Program for international purchases.

Customer Support Specifics

Customer support is available Monday through Friday 9AM - 4PM EST via eBay. We ask that you allow us at least 1 business day to respond to your questions or concerns, up to 2 business days to have a dedicated technician to troubleshoot for electronic items support. Your satisfaction is very important to us and we ask that you contact us before leaving any feedback or opening a claim. We will always do everything in our power to make sure you're satisfied, and your purchase meets your expectations. Returns Specifics

Returns are accepted within the first 30 days of customer receipt. Please carefully read Item Description and Terms and Conditions to be sure you have a need for item as, ?item not needed? is not considered a valid reason for a return - in which case you would need to pay the return shipping for the item. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a full refund with 1-2 business days to PayPal. If you utilize a forwarding agency to receive your item because you live outside of the Continental U.S and the return process is initiated, please be aware that we are only responsible for returns shipped to the original shipping address and not to the end destination. The buyer will need to pay to have the item shipped back to the forwarding agency.

Recycling Specifics

Seller desires to ensure that electronic equipment is recycled in compliance with local, state, and federal laws upon reaching the end of its useful life or becoming un-useful for any reason and will accept items back at no charge. Your participation in ensuring proper recycling of the equipment is appreciated. If you would write ?Recycle? on the outside of the box and send it back we will make sure your item gets processed through the proper local downstream when it arrives!
